AMEY STORE is the online store name of Sri Murugan & Co. We deliver you authentic and quality products from a minimum of 3 decades old home need suppliers in their respective towns. We ensure we bring home the true authentic products with more care and fulfilling your needs.
1. How to become our Customer
a) You must be above 18 years, you must key in the Pincode to know our serviceability in your area and should have a digitally accepted payment tool with you. (Debit/Credit/Gpay/PhonePe/PayTM/Netbanking….etc)
b) We reserve the right to decline any order or to suspend your account with us at our discretion.
2. Our Contract
a) Our website and App are operated by Sri Murugan & Co and once you place your order on the website or the App, we will either confirm your order through SMS or by an Email to the mobile number or the mail ID provided to us or you could find your order details on the App itself. This is not an acceptance by us. Only after the completion of delivery, a legally binding contract will arise.
b) If you have entered an incorrect email address or a wrong mobile number and receive no purchase confirmation and/or any other incorrect details, then the onus lies with you to contact us to amend your details and we cannot be held responsible.
3. Amending or Cancelling the contract
a) We don’t accept cancellation of the order placed by you.
b) Where you order goods that are unavailable for any reason, we shall notify you and we will either send a replacement of your choice or organize a refund for the value of the product unavailable with us within 7 working days.
4. Price and Delivery Charges
a) The price of the goods will be quoted on the app/website at the time you confirm your order by clicking “check-out” and will be inclusive of all charges and taxes as applicable.
b) You would have to pay the total cost of your order at the time of placing your order till we start accepting cash-on-delivery in the future.
5. Delivery
a) We will always aim to deliver your order the next day from your order or the time required by you before 21:00hrs of the day you have ordered. If the order is out of the hometown of the supplier will ensure it reaches 72hrs.
b) Events outside our control like vehicle breakdown or extreme weather conditions may occasionally mean we are unable to deliver your goods on time. In these circumstances, we will contact you as early as possible to rearrange the delivery time and our liability to you shall be limited to the price of the products ordered.
6. If You Are Dissatisfied
a) We are committed to offering you the very best service and the very best produce and we guarantee the quality of all products you order from us. You must inspect the products immediately upon delivery and if you are dissatisfied in any way with either our service or quality of the products, let us know promptly of the nature of complaint through our website or the app or in writing to mail.dreamcream@gmail.com.
b) Complaints WRT the quality of the goods will be reviewed by our team and we promise to respond to you within 72hrs. In such events, we request you to retain the products.
7. What We Will Not Be Liable For
a) The goods sold to you on the basis that you are a consumer therefore we will not be liable for any special losses that you might suffer using, distributing, or reselling the goods as part of a business.
b) Our packaging is designed to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition but it is your responsibility to ensure that all perishable products are to be taken care of by self who is the buyer
c) Please note that we will do our best to ensure that access to our website/app is uninterrupted and transmission is error-free but given the nature of our broadband speed and internet this is not something we would be able to guarantee.
8. General
a) We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations if it arises from events beyond our reasonable control.
b) We reserve the right to change our website/app policies and terms and conditions at any time but this shall not affect the terms and conditions prevailing at the time you make an order.
c) While we take utmost care to ensure that all product descriptions, wastages, images, and prices are accurate, we do not accept any liability for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. Colour and shape may vary from those shown on the website.
d) Customers registered with Dream Cream are liable for receiving promotional SMS/Emails irrespective of their number registered under NDNC. If the customer wishes not to receive any promotional messages may contact us directly.
e) Currently we are processing orders received through our app/website
f) Cashback will be credited into AMEY STORE wallet
g) These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between us. Any failure by us to enforce any of our rights under this Agreement shall not prejudice our entitlement to rely on any of our rights in the future.
